Morning Run…

For the past three months, I have been averaging a 4 mile run, about 3-5 morning’s a week and am just over 4 months pregnant. It surely helps me feel energized through these ever so tiresome days. Yes, my workout routines have been approved and are encouraged by my midwife.

Shoes: Reebok and are some of my favorite running shoes. 

Shorts: Reebok Running Essential Shorts and they are my favorites for running. I have them in  5 colors/ prints. This particular pair has side pockets to store either my keys or cell and I love that they are long enough to cover the rear while running.
